What: A members-only opportunity to be briefed on — and provide input to – the nationwide efforts in health care to focus more on population health and how Medicaid could act as a critical lever in mobilizing community-wide efforts to do so among underserved populations. This webinar conference will feature a conversation about the evidence underpinning the importance of the shift towards a focus on health in addition to health care services, and the experience of those who are trying to accomplish this for the Medicaid and other low-income populations.
