Standard Rates (December 16, 2015 to January 28, 2016):

  • Full Conference – Academy Member or Associate: $450
  • Full Conference – Non-Member: $650

Full Conference Rate includes: All pre-conference sessions, opening reception, all main conference sessions, continental breakfast, and two lunches.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing (via email, fax, or snail mail). All refunds will be paid by check based on the following schedule:

  • Requests made between Sept. 1-Nov. 30, 2015: Full refund minus $30 cancellation fee
  • Requests made between Dec. 1-Dec. 31, 2015: 50% of registration fee
  • Requests made between Jan. 1-Jan. 28, 2016: 25% of registration fee
